     On January 21, 2009, GS Financial Corp. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend by the Board of Directors on January 20, 2009.  The dividend is payable on February 13, 2009 to shareholders of record as of January 30, 2009.
