Gaming Partners International Announces Special Dividend

LAS VEGAS, Nov. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Gaming Partners International Corporation (Nasdaq: GPIC) (Company), the leading worldwide provider of casino currency and table gaming equipment, announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a special cash dividend of $0.12 per common share to be paid on December 12, 2016 to shareholders of record as of December 1, 2016.  As of November 18, 2016 the Company had 7,928,594 common shares issued and outstanding resulting in an aggregate dividend of $951,431.28.
