Item 5.07.

Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

 

On September 10, 2019, Aevi Genomic Medicine, Inc. (the “Company”) held a Special Meeting of Stockholders (the “Special Meeting”). The final results for which are as follows:

 

 Proposal: Approval of an amendment to the Company’s Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation to effect a reverse stock split of the Company’s outstanding Common Stock by a ratio of not less than one-for-twenty and not more than one-for-sixty, with the exact ratio to be set within this range by the Company’s Board of Directors in its sole discretion, at any time prior to December 31, 2019, the implementation and timing of which shall be subject to the discretion of the Company’s Board of Directors.
