Glu Mobile Announces Proposed Public Offering of Common Stock

Glu Mobile Inc. (Nasdaq:GLUU), a leading global developer and publisher of free-to-play games for smartphone and tablet devices, today announced its intention to offer shares of its common stock in an underwritten public offering. Glu expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering to cover overallotments, if any. The offering is subject to market conditions and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

Cowen and Company, LLC and Stifel are acting as the joint book-running managers for the offering and Needham & Company and Northland Securities, Inc. are acting as co-managers for the offering.
