Gene Logic Inc. (NASDAQ:GLGC) announced today that it
will release Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2005 financial results on
Friday, February 24, 2006 at 7:00 a.m. Eastern Time, before the open
of the U.S. financial markets.
   The Company will hold a related conference call and webcast,
scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the same day, to discuss the
financial results. The conference call will be open to investors,
analysts, members of the media and the general public.
