Genus Secures Order for StrataGem300 ALD System From a Major DRAM

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Sept. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Genus, Inc.
(NASDAQ:GGNS), a leader in advanced thin film deposition equipment used to
manufacture advanced semiconductor and data storage devices, announced today
that it has received an order for a StrataGem300 atomic layer deposition (ALD)
system from a major Asian DRAM manufacturer. The order is for the
production-proven StrataGem300 multi-chamber 300 mm ALD system for processing
12 inch (300 mm) wafers in a large-scale DRAM production environment.
