Genus Hires New Sales and Marketing VP to Lead ALD Adoption Efforts
SUNNYVALE, Calif., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Genus, Inc. , a leading
provider of critical deposition technology for the semiconductor and data
storage industries, announced today the appointment of Mr. John Voltz to vice
president of sales and marketing. Voltz will oversee the growth and development
of Genus' existing customer base and identify new accounts for atomic layer
deposition (ALD) technology adoption.
Voltz comes to Genus with over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor
equipment industry, most recently at Matrix Integrated Systems, Inc., in which
he held the position of VP field operations. In that role, Voltz had global
management responsibility for sales, marketing, customer support and training.

Prior to his position at Matrix, Voltz worked as sales manager for global
accounts at Therma-Wave, where he had responsibility for sales and account
management in the Eastern US, including Lucent and IBM worldwide. He also held
sales management, account management and customer support responsibilities with
PMT (now Trikon) and Silicon Valley Group, Inc.
