                Effective May 19, 2009, the Board of Directors of Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc. (“Goldleaf”) elected Charles B. Carden as a director.

 

Item 8.01.  Other Events

 

On May 21, 2009, Goldleaf issued a press release announcing the election of Mr. Carden and discussing certain other matters related to board committee composition and the results of Goldleaf’s annual meeting of shareholders.  The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
