Global Education Files 2010 Annual Report on Form 20-F

Global Education & Technology Group Ltd. (Nasdaq:GEDU) ("Global Education" or the "Company"), the largest test preparation provider for the International English Language Testing System ("IELTS") and a leading provider of educational courses and related services in China, today announced that it has filed its annual report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2010 on Form 20-F with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC").

The 2010 annual report can be accessed on Global Education's investor relations website at http://ir.globaleducation.cn or on the SEC website at www.sec.gov. Global Education will provide a hard copy of the annual report containing its audited consolidated financial statements, free of charge, to its shareholders and ADS holders upon request.
