Former General Electric Company CEO Jack Welch will headline the roster of
speakers at ALLIANCE2005, Geac's(R) (TSX: GAC, NASDAQ: GEAC) annual conference
being held this year in Orlando, Florida, May 8-11. In a moderated question-
and-answer session before finance and technology executives from hundreds of

vast knowledge and experiences in the corporate world, as well as touch upon
topics addressed in his new book, Winning, due to be published in April 2005.
Attendees at ALLIANCE2005 will have multiple opportunities to network with Geac
customers and business partners, and learn about Geac's company and product
direction.
In addition to Mr. Welch, ALLIANCE2005 attendees will hear presentations from
Geac President and CEO Charles Jones and Tim Wright, Geac's Chief Technology
Officer. Mr. Jones will provide his perspective of the enterprise software
industry and the relative significance of technology in today's changing

itself is testimony to the reach and resources of Geac as a global
organization, and demonstrates in multiple dimensions the value customers
