FindWhat.com, Inc. (NASDAQ: FWHT), the leading
independent provider of performance marketing and commerce enabling
services, today announced the appointment of Dr. Andrew Ressler, PhD,
as Vice President and General Manager of Search and Directory Services
for FindWhat.com. The appointment is effective immediately. Dr.
Ressler has been a member of FindWhat.com's management team since
December 2004.
As Vice President and General Manager of Search and Directory
Services, Dr. Ressler is charged with developing uniquely relevant
search solutions for FindWhat.com distribution partners in diverse
markets worldwide.

Dr. Ressler brings to FindWhat.com a 19-year legacy of technology
innovation and achievement, including most recently being the chief
architect of the HotBot Desktop Search Toolbar for Terra Lycos. In
2000, he founded MicroOutsource.com, a web-based task management
application service provider. In 1995, he founded Radnet, Inc. where
he pioneered WebShare, the first web-based document sharing
application akin to Lotus Notes. In 1991, Dr. Ressler founded By the
Bay Software, a provider of a productivity and workflow application
which was successfully sold to Lotus Corporation. While at Lotus, Dr.
Ressler played an instrumental role in researching and communicating
emerging technologies. Dr. Ressler attended Massachusetts Institute of
Technology, where he received a BSCS, BSEE, MS and PhD in Artificial
Intelligence. Dr. Ressler has served as Chief Scientist at the Army
Artificial Intelligence Center and as a consultant to GE Capital,
Accenture and NCR.
