expects to report its financial results and conduct a conference call
for an update on the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended June 30,
2005 on Tuesday, October 11, 2005. The filing on SEC Form 10-K is
expected to be made prior to the commencement of trading that day and
the conference call, which will also cover the recent acquisition of H
