( 1)	This Option to Purchase Common Stock (the "Option") was originally reported as covering 60,000 shares at a price of $0.55 per share, but the number of shares and the exercise price were adjusted to reflect a reverse stock split that occurred October 9, 2009.
( 2)	The Option is fully vested and exercisable.
( 3)	The Issuer extended the Option for thirty (30) days and limited the form of exercise during the extension period to a net exercise with the Issuer.
