Frontier Bank Selects Digital Insight's Cash Management Solution
$2 Billion Dollar Bank Chooses Market Leader

provider, today announced that it has entered into a multi-year outsourcing
agreement to provide Washington-based Frontier Bank (a subsidiary of Frontier
Financial Corp.) (NASDAQ:FTBK) with AXIS(R) Cash Management.  AXIS Cash
Management is one of Digital Insight's application service provider (ASP) based
cash management offerings.

The AXIS Cash Management solution will support Frontier Bank's commercial
clients with robust functionality and integrated online wire transfer
capability.  The $2 billion-asset bank selected Digital Insight because of its
commitment to business solutions and its ability to interface with major check
imaging vendors.
