Notice of 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders The 2022 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of F-Star Therapeutics, Inc., will be held on Thursday, June 16, 2022, 9:00am EST, virtually via the internet at meetnow.global/MFY57C6. Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations. The Board of Directors recommend a vote FOR all the nominees listed and FOR Proposals 2 and 4 and 1 YEAR for Proposal 3: 1. To elect two (2) Class I directors of the Corporation to serve three-year terms expiring in 2025. 01—Pamela Klein, M.D. 02—Geoffrey Race 2. To consider a non-binding advisory vote on compensation of the Corporation's named executive officers. 3.
