Brothers Worldwide Wireless and Wireline Conference scheduled for May
22 through 23, 2006 at The Waldorf Astoria in New York City. Michael
Gallagher, Chief Executive Officer will attend on behalf of First
Avenue Networks. Mr. Gallagher's panel presentation is scheduled for
Tuesday, May 23, 2006 at 2:00 p.m., and will be made available to the
