Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On February 21, 2012, Neal I. Rodin resigned as a director of Republic First Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) and as a member of each committee of the board of directors of the Company to which he was appointed.   In addition, on the same date, Mr. Rodin resigned as a director of Republic Bank.
