Foamix Pharmaceuticals Ltd. Announces Upsizing and Pricing of Its $60 Million Public Offering of Ordinary Shares

Foamix Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (Nasdaq:FOMX), a clinical stage specialty pharmaceutical company focused on developing and commercializing its proprietary topical foams to address unmet needs in dermatology, today announced the pricing of an upsized public offering of 6,451,612 ordinary shares at a price to the public of $9.30 per share. All of the shares are being offered by the company. In addition, Foamix has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 967,741 additional ordinary shares. The offering is expected to close on Monday, April 20, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
