Item 8.01.  Other Events.

On January 30, 2017, Finjan Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Finjan Mobile, Inc., received its first patent. U.S. Patent No. 9,554,279 was issued on January 24, 2017, and is titled “Authorized Areas of Authentication.”

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
