The Board of Directors of FNB Bancorp (NASDAQ: FNBG), parent company of First National Bank of Northern California, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 (thirteen cents) per share on May 29, 2018. The dividend is payable on July 2, 2018 to holders of record on June 18, 2018.
