FNB Financial Services Corporation (NASDAQ: FNBF)
("FNB"), parent of FNB Southeast (the "Bank"), reported it has
surpassed $1 billion in assets as of September 30, 2005. The Bank has
17 branch offices in North Carolina and Virginia.
"A billion dollars in assets moves us into a very elite group of
community banks," said Ernest J. Sewell, Vice Chairman, President and
Chief Executive Officer of FNB. "This achievement is a tribute to past
and current employees and directors. Our bank was founded on sound
banking practices and service to our customers and our communities.
These values will continue to influence our bank in the years to
come."
The Bank was founded in 1910, with a single office in Reidsville,
NC. Over the years the Bank has grown its customer base throughout
North Carolina and Virginia. Currently, the Bank operates 17 banking
offices, which also provide mortgage banking and investment services.
"Our company will continue the tradition of growth and service. We
have definite plans to continue our pattern of internal growth,"
commented Pressley A. Ridgill, President and Chief Operating Officer

the needs of individuals and small to medium-sized businesses.
Opportunity still abounds within our market areas. Our management team
