StarCite, Inc., a leading provider of innovative
technologies and services to the $300 billion global meetings and
events industry, today announced that Navigant International, Inc.,
d/b/a TQ3Navigant, the second largest provider of corporate travel
management services in the United States, has selected StarCite as its
preferred registration provider. The agreement allows TQ3Navigant
business units to rely on a single online platform to build and manage
meeting and event registration sites for internal and client meetings
in the United States and Canada.
TQ3Navigant selected StarCite's leading Attendee Management tools
to more effectively and efficiently register delegates for its
internal and client meetings and events.
"Managing meetings successfully and cost-effectively is an
important component of our corporate service philosophy. And with
StarCite's Attendee Management technology, we are better equipped to
service our clients in a more complete way," said Keith Taylor, Senior
Vice President of Sales and Account Management at TQ3Navigant.
"Selected to complement the high standards that we have today in
everything we deliver, StarCite's tools, and their proven record of
performance, represent one more reason why clients look to TQ3Navigant
for a cost-effective, end-to-end travel management solution."
With the agreement, StarCite solidifies its position as the
leading provider of attendee management tools. In 2004, StarCite's
Attendee Management tools managed more than 1 million transactions,
saving customers time and money. StarCite sells its meeting management
technology solutions directly to corporations and has distribution
partnerships with several of the world's leading travel and meeting
management firms.
Through this relationship, StarCite broadens its ability to reach
companies that are serious about managing meeting and event costs.
"TQ3Navigant, already recognized for its consultative solutions
approach to some of the finest companies in the world, has taken a
giant step forward in providing meeting management best practices to
corporations," said John Pino, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of
StarCite, Inc., Philadelphia. "We are delighted to be part of their
registration solution and look forward to helping TQ3Navigant business
units grow this segment of their business to corporations."
The new agreement with TQ3Navigant builds on a relationship that
the unit now operating as TQ3Navigant Performance Group forged with
StarCite in 2003 when it entered the meeting consolidation business.
The expanded agreement covers not only TQ3Navigant Performance Group,
but also SatoTravel.
