msystems (NASDAQ:FLSH), a leader in smart personal storage and security IP, and Trusted Logic, the premier company in secure open technology middleware for embedded systems, today announced that they are cooperating on developing support for msystems' mSafe crypto cores within software products integrating Trusted Logic Security Module technology, such as ARM TrustZone® Software. Under the agreed cooperation, special software libraries will be developed to support the entire family of msystems’ mSafe crypto cores within the Security Module architecture. Customers who need to add hardware cryptographic capabilities to their Security Module based solutions will be able to quickly and easily integrate off-the-shelf mSafe cores within any environment incorporating the Security Module technology, including ARM TrustZone Software. “We are very excited to be able to offer customers the ability to integrate msystems’ mSafe cryptography cores as a premier add-on solution to the leading mobile security architecture,” said Rami Koren, vice president marketing of security for the msystems Mobile Network Operators division. “By combining our partners’ products leading capabilities of domain separation and mSafe state-of-the-art cryptography cores, customers will be able to enjoy a complete security and cryptography solution.” “We are very pleased to enable users of our Trusted Logic Security Module technology to integrate state-of-the-art mSafe crypto cores from msystems,” said Dominique Bolignano, CEO of Trusted Logic. “Many companies using our technology in association with domain separation hardware such as ARM TrustZone are seeking to take advantage of it to add key features to their silicon, such as cryptography capabilities. mSafe cores offer them exactly that; our development will enable these customers to smoothly add industry-standard cryptographic capabilities to their silicon designs, minimizing technical risks and optimizing time-to-market.
