WYOMISSING, Pa., March 3  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Leesport Financial Corp's ticker symbol (NASDAQ:FLPB) will officially change this morning to VIST, as the company officially unveils its new brand and logo.

At a press conference in Wyomissing this morning, President and Chief Executive Officer Robert D. Davis said, "Uniting all our different divisions and lines of business under one brand not only makes sense from a marketing standpoint, but also offers us greater efficiencies throughout our organization."

VIST Financial Corp. stock will continue to be listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market.
