Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On April 20, 2021, the stockholders of The First of Long Island Corporation (the “Company”) approved The First of Long Island Corporation 2021 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Equity Plan”). A description of the material terms of the Equity Plan is contained in the Company’s Proxy Statement for the Annual Meeting of Stockholders filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 12, 2021. A copy of the Equity Plan is being filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report.
