FFD Financial Declares Quarterly Dividend

FFD FINANCIAL CORPORATION (Nasdaq:FFDF) announced that on October 18, 2011, the Board of Directors declared a dividend of seventeen cents ($0.17) per share to shareholders of record on November 1, 2011, payable on November 15, 2011. The rate of $.17 per share represents the same dividend rate paid for the same period the prior year. This is the sixty-third consecutive quarter FFD Financial Corporation has paid a dividend.
