FFD Financial Declares Quarterly Dividend

FFD Financial Corporation (Nasdaq:FFDF) announced that on April 19, 2011, the Board of Directors declared a dividend of seventeen cents ($0.17) per share to shareholders of record on May 2, 2011, payable on May 16, 2011. The rate of $.17 per share represents the same dividend rate paid for the same period the prior year. This is the sixty-first consecutive quarter FFD Financial Corporation has paid a dividend.
