CLARKSTON, Wash., Jan. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- FirstBank NW Corp. (NASDAQ:FBNW) announced today that the Corporation's Board of Directors declared a two-for-one stock split in the form of a 100% per share stock dividend on the Corporation's outstanding common stock. The stock dividend will be payable on February 9, 2006. Each shareholder of record as of January 26, 2006 will receive one additional share for every share outstanding on the record date. FirstBank NW Corp.
