      announced today that the Company’s management 
      team will present a corporate overview at the following two investor 
      conferences:
    
    
      
        Cowen and Company 6th Annual Consumer Conference, January 15-16, 2008, 
        at The Westin New York at Times Square, New York. Physicians Formula’s 
        presentation will take place at 2:30 p.m. (ET) on Tuesday, January 15, 
        2008. Presenting will be Ingrid Jackel, Chief Executive Officer, and 
        Jeff Rogers, President.
      
      
        10th Annual ICR XChange, January 16-17, 2008, 
        at the St. Regis Monarch Beach Resort & Spa, Dana Point, CA. 
        Physicians Formula’s presentation will take 
        place at 10:05 a.m. (PT) on Thursday, January 17, 2008. Presenting 
        will be Ingrid Jackel, Chief Executive Officer, and Joseph Jaeger, 
        Chief Financial Officer.
