Exactech Announces Stock Repurchase Authorization

Exactech, Inc. (Nasdaq: EXAC), a developer and producer of bone and joint restoration products for hip, knee, shoulder and spine, announced today that its board of directors has authorized the company to buy back up to 1.0 million shares of Exactech stock over the next two years.
