(Nasdaq:EXAC), a developer and producer of bone and joint restoration products for extremities, knee, hip, spine and biologic materials, announced today that it has completed the requirements of its five-year Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) between the Office of Inspector General and the Department of Health and Human Services.
