      Everlast® Worldwide Inc. (Nasdaq: EVST), 
      manufacturer, marketer and licensor of sporting goods, apparel, footwear 
      and other active lifestyle products under the Everlast brand name, today 
      announced that it has received approval from the Nasdaq Stock Market to 
      list its securities on the Nasdaq Global Market effective with the 
      opening of business on January 16, 2007. The Company will continue to 
      trade under the EVST trading symbol. The Company was previously listed 
      under the Nasdaq Capital Market (formerly the Nasdaq Small Cap 
      Market).
