fully resumed trading on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board.  On October 7,
2004, the Company filed all reports required under Section 13(a) of the
Securities Exchanges Act of 1934 and has become fully compliant with its
reporting requirements under Section 13(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of
