Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

On September 15, 2008, eTelecare Global Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into an order between the Company and AT&T Mobility LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, effective as of August 1, 2008 (the “Order”), pursuant to which the Company will provide services similar to the services it previously provided under the Call Center Services Statement of Work dated June 15, 2005, which expired in July 2008. The term of the Order will expire on July 31, 2009.
