On September 28, 2018, Estre Ambiental, Inc. (the “Company”) announced to the market that it expects to release the Company’s financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2018 before the market opens on Thursday , October 4, 2018 and plans to hold a conference call on the same day at 8:30 a.m. EST providing investors with financial information and addressing inquiries. The Company attaches a copy of the press release for its six-month 2018 earnings release announcement and conference call details to this Form 6-K as an Exhibit hereto.
