DEERFIELD, Ill., Sept. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Essendant Inc. (NASDAQ: ESND) announced that on September 15, 2017 its board of directors declared a $0.14 per share dividend payable on January 12, 2018 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2017.
