Item 8.01Other Events.

 

On March 17, 2022, the Board of Directors of Equity Bancshares, Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.08 per share of common stock. The dividend will be payable on April 14, 2022, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 31, 2022.
