operator in Spain, has increased its capacity to generate customer
loyalty offers by over 200% by implementing a relationship marketing
system based on Epiphany(R) Marketing solutions. With 11 million
subscribers, Amena controls approximately 26% of the wireless market
in Spain. Using Epiphany Campaign Management and Epiphany Interaction
Advisor across multiple channels to manage both outbound and inbound
customer interactions, Amena has increased customer acceptance of
retention offers by more than 10 percentage points and was able to
recover its total investment within the first year.

The project was developed in three phases. The first stage
involved the implementation of the relationship marketing management
system for outbound campaigns. This system covered the design
functionality, execution and campaign analysis of these outbound
campaigns with Epiphany Campaign Management. The second stage of the
project covered the design, execution and monitoring cycle of inbound
campaigns with Epiphany Interaction Advisor. Lastly, the third stage
involved incorporating the Epiphany solution with Amena's operational
CRM system.
