Enzymotec Ltd. Announces Pricing of Secondary Offering

Enzymotec Ltd. (Nasdaq:ENZY) (the "Company") today announced the pricing of a registered secondary public offering. The size of the offering has been increased to 4,698,857 ordinary shares at a price of $28.00 per share. The underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 704,828 ordinary shares at the public offering price.  All of the shares are being sold by the Company's shareholders. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of these shares. The offering is expected to close on March 5, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.     

BofA Merrill Lynch and Jefferies LLC are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering. Wells Fargo Securities, LLC is serving as lead manager for the offering. Canaccord Genuity Inc. and Wedbush Securities Inc. are serving as co-managers for the offering.
