On May 23, 2008, Michael T. Flynn advised the board of directors of Equity Media Holdings Corporation (“EMHC”) that, effective immediately, he was resigning as a member of the board of directors, nominating committee and compensation committee of EMHC due to his other personal and professional commitments.
