Item 5.02	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On March 11, 2015, the Board of Directors of Employers Mutual Casualty Company, the parent company of the Registrant, approved the 2015 compensation arrangements for executive officers. This action was recommended by Employers Mutual’s Senior Executive Compensation Committee and had previously been approved by the Registrant’s Compensation Committee.

Following are the 2015 base salaries for the Named Executive Officers of the Registrant. The 2015 base salaries are retroactive to January 1, 2015.
