Elamex's Release of Third Quarter 2003 Financial Results to Be Rescheduled

diversified manufacturing services company with food, plastics and metals

reschedule its report of financial results for the third quarter ended October
3, 2003, previously planned for Monday, November 17, 2003.  The Company will
reschedule its reporting date as soon as the review of third quarter results is
