Regulation FD Disclosure

On February 28, 2019, Meridian Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per common share.  The dividend will be payable on April 2, 2019 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 19, 2019. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this report.
