EasyLink Services Corporation (NASDAQ: EASY), a leading global provider
of outsourced business process automation services that transform manual

announced that it had filed its 2006 annual report on Form 10-K with the
Securities and Exchange Commission. The results reported in the Form
10-K were unchanged from that announced by the Company on March 1, 2007.
The Company also announced that the report of its independent registered
public accounting firm for 2006 included an unqualified opinion without
an explanatory paragraph about the Company’s
ability to continue as a going concern. The “going
concern” paragraph had been included in the
report of the Company’s independent registered
public accounting firms for the past six years, dating back to 2000.
Following the announcement, Thomas Murawski, Chairman, President and
Chief Executive Officer, shared his optimism about the company’s
positive direction stating, “I’m
pleased to see that the result of all of our efforts has placed the
Company on stable financial footing. We will continue to manage expenses
while investing for growth to ensure the long term success of the
Company.”
