      Design Within Reach, Inc. (Nasdaq:DWRI) today announced that it will 
      report its second quarter 2008 financial results on August 7, 2008, 
      after the market close. The Company will host a conference call to 
      discuss the results the same day. Participating in the call will be Ray 
      Brunner, President and Chief Executive Officer, and John Hellmann, Chief
