NEW YORK, Sept. 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Harwood Feffer LLP (www.hfesq.com) is investigating potential claims against the board of directors of DTS, Inc. ("DTS" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: DTSI) concerning the proposed acquisition of the Company by Tessera Technologies, Inc. ("Tessera").

Under the terms of the offer, Tessera would acquire DTS in a transaction valued at approximately $850 million.  Pursuant to the deal, DTS stockholders will receive $42.50 in cash per share owned.
