MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Dec. 3  /PRNewswire/ -- IpLearn, LLC, a technology

an agreement granting DigitalThink Inc. , a license to use part of IpLearn's
patented e-learning technologies.

IpLearn focuses on creating foundational technologies for the e-learning
industry. The company currently holds 16 U.S. patents. The company's unique
suite of e-learning technologies emphasizes a user's attributes and learning
progress in a given subject to decide the next logical step.
