Explanation of Responses:

1. On June 25, 2021, the Reporting Person received 21,197 restricted stock units ("RSUs") (7,064 of which vested on June 25, 2022; 7,065 of which vested on January 1, 2023; and 7,068 of which vested on January 1, 2024). Each RSU represented a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock. Upon vesting, RSUs were settled in shares of the Issuer's common stock.

2. On February 28, 2022, the Reporting Person received 21,093 RSUs (7,030 of which vested on March 1, 2023; 7,030 of which vested on January 1, 2024; and 7,033 of which are scheduled to vest on January 1, 2025). Each RSU represented a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock. Upon vesting, RSUs were settled in shares of the Issuer's common stock.
