Docucorp International(R) (Nasdaq:DOCC), a leading
provider of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions,
announced today that Wellington Specialty Insurance Company has
selected Docucorp's Library Xpress(TM) solution.
Library Xpress provides insurers and Managing General Agents
(MGAs) with electronic libraries of ISO forms for the property and
casualty (P&C) marketplace that are tailored to a company's specific
needs.
"It was not an easy task to provide our network of MGAs with a
comprehensive forms library that included both company-specific forms,
as well as ISO forms for our property line of business. The
implementation and maintenance process consumed valuable time and
resources that could otherwise be allocated to critical business
initiatives," said Michael Taber, assistant vice president, Wellington
Specialty Insurance Company. "With Docucorp's Library Xpress solution,
we received an easy-to-use, customized electronic forms library with
the most up-to-date ISO forms needed for our line of business,
enabling us to reduce the cost of policy production."
"Wellington was able to simplify the process of using ISO forms
for their business, ensuring that their MGAs were using the most
current forms," said Randy Skinner, senior vice president,
professional services, Docucorp International. "Because their MGAs
were already using Docucorp's policy production system, our solution
enabled them to quickly and easily incorporate the library,
significantly reducing their implementation time."
