Historical Stock Chart
From Jun 2019 to Jun 2024
Docucorp International®
(Nasdaq:DOCC), a leading provider of Customer Communication Management
(CCM) solutions, announced today that it was listed as a leader among
elite document management vendors for the financial services industry by
independent research firm Celent. The report, “Document
Management in Banking: Overview and Solution Spectrum,”
published this month and authored by Madhavi Mantha, evaluated the top
30 document management product suites and ultimately recognized Docucorp
as a leading solution provider in the market.
Celent’s market leaders are determined based
on a vendor’s strength in the banking market
and were chosen as a result of the following criteria: self-reported
banking client base, consideration as a top competitor by other vendors
and Celent analyst opinion based on conversations with vendors and
selected banking customers. According to the report, Docucorp offers a
broad range of document management solutions addressing the functional
areas of intake, workflow and archive, but with a particular focus on
document composition and output.
Docucorp’s solution is utilized by more than
40 banking clients in North America and another 20 in Europe to
aggregate customer information from multiple sources, create
personalized documents for customers and distribute these documents in a
range of print and electronic formats. Published case studies include an
electronic application forms solution for Royal Bank Financial Group and
wealth management customer correspondence solutions for both HSBC and
National Australia Bank.
Madhavi Mantha, senior analyst, Celent, said, “Docucorp's
strength lies with its personalization and automation features which
allow clients to effectively communicate with customers." Bruce Dale,
senior vice president, products, Docucorp International, said, “Our
financial services customers and prospects want to streamline core
processes, improve customer touchpoints and fulfill compliance mandates;
for this, document management solutions are critical.”
He added, “Celent’s
report serves as an independent validation of our commitment to
delivering industry-leading technology to the financial services market.”
